Minimum Data Requirements
To ensure Insights works effectively, please make sure the following are in place:
- Must be using ConnectWise or AutoTask as your PSA.
- Invoices are being sent from the PSA and invoices are in “sent” status.
- All client-facing engineers have a daily hours capacity set in your PSA.
- Client-facing work that is covered by an agreement is marked as both billable and covered in your PSA.
- Agreement Additions/Contract Services have hard costs assigned and those hard costs do not include a labor component — this distinction is critical for reporting accuracy.
